The Registrar's Office serves as the custodian of student academic records and supports various student service functions. Services provided include registration, managing student information system, attendance monitoring, classroom scheduling, enrollment and degree verifications, certifications to State Bar Examiners, administration of exams, grades, class ranks, Dean's List, Best Student Lists for CALI Awards, and graduation processing.
Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
St. Thomas University, in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, assures the confidentiality of student educational records. Students have the right to inspect and review their education records within 45 days of submitting a written request to the Registrar's Office at the School of Law.
A third party may be given information about a student's academic record only with the written consent of the student with certain exceptions. For further information, please go to link above.
