Jen Jones, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized scholar, educator, and speaker specializing in ethical leadership and organizational ethics. She has delivered keynote presentations and graduate seminars across North America, Europe, and Asia, including serving as the Business Ethics Keynote Speaker. A regular presenter at the International Leadership Association and International Studying Leadership conferences, Dr. Jones maintains an active research agenda that bridges the humanities with contemporary practice. Her scholarship draws on insights from thinkers including Aristotle, Emmanuel Levinas, Thomas Merton, Saint Edith Stein, Franz Kafka, and Hazel Barnes to advance understanding of leadership and organizational ethics. Her work has been widely cited and incorporated into international leadership and ethics programs.
Dr. Jones serves on editorial boards of the journals Leadership and Business and Society Review, and as a reviewer for leading academic journals Journal of Business Ethics and Business Ethics Quarterly. She integrates scholarship with practice through extensive international teaching and study-abroad experiences, having taught in China, India, and Italy and led student programs throughout the United Kingdom, Iceland, Greece, and Ireland.
Before entering academia, Dr. Jones held corporate leadership roles and consulted healthcare systems, where she developed leadership training programs, coached teams, and helped organizations build cultures of care.
