Vice Presidents and Cabinet
At St. Thomas University, the President’s Cabinet serves as the executive leadership team, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to fulfill the university’s Mission. Led by President David A. Armstrong, J.D., the Cabinet comprises senior administrators responsible for various university functions, including academics, finance, technology, human resources, mission and ministry, marketing, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness. The Cabinet’s duties encompass reviewing and approving new policies, preparing the operational budget, and guiding the development of new academic and co-curricular programs. This collaborative approach ensures that STU’s strategic initiatives align with its Mission and effectively serve its students and community.
