A Message from the Senior Director for Career Development
Dear Employer
St. Thomas University College of Law’s Office for Career Development warmly invites your organization to participate in our Recruitment Program. Designed with flexibility and convenience in mind, our programs are tailored to help you connect with our talented students and graduates, future leaders in the legal profession.
Thanks to STU’s rigorous academic curriculum and our robust clinical and experiential learning opportunities, our students graduate with both the knowledge and hands-on skills that make them outstanding candidates. Many of our employer partners return year after year, consistently impressed by the quality, professionalism, and diversity of our student body.
We encourage your organization to explore the ways you can recruit through our Career Development office. Whether you’re looking for summer interns, entry-level associates, or part-time legal talent during the academic year, we offer several options to meet your hiring needs:
Recruitment Opportunities
- On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program
Join us on campus, or virtually, to interview our students for summer, permanent, or academic-year positions. Interview facilities are available at no cost, and we’re happy to assist with logistics to make the process seamless. - Résumé Collection Program
Let us help you streamline your hiring process. We will collect and forward résumés from interested students and alumni based on your hiring criteria. - Job Posting/Direct Application Program
Post your open positions on our St. Thomas Law Careers website, where students and alumni can view and apply directly to your organization.
