Anika R. Hardmon

Anika Royster Hardmon is an accomplished attorney with over two decades of legal experience in the federal judiciary and complex litigation, currently serving as the Career Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Donald L. Graham in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She possesses deep expertise in federal civil and criminal litigation, complex legal research, and judicial decision-making. Her legal career spans high-stakes mass tort and commercial litigation, as well as legal academia as an Adjunct Professor at St. Thomas University College of Law, teaching Advanced Legal Research & Writing and Appellate Advocacy. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida A&M University and is a cum laude graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law. Admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, she remains deeply engaged in legal leadership through various Florida Bar committees and community service via Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
