Mr. Rojas began his career as a Graduate Attorney at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago and later served as a Staff Attorney at Centro Legal, Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota, and at the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center in Miami.
