Jennifer Delgado
Jennifer Delgado is Associate General Counsel at BlueVoyant, where she supports legal matters involving complex technology transactions, cybersecurity, and data privacy. She brings over six years of transactional experience in contract law, focusing on drafting, negotiating, and managing sophisticated commercial agreements in the technology and cybersecurity space. Jennifer is also the founder of JBlanco Law, a boutique law firm focused on trademark and intellectual property law, where she helps entrepreneurs and businesses protect, grow, and enforce their brands.
Jennifer graduated from St. Thomas University College of Law, cum laude, in 2022. She was inducted into the Order of Barristers and received a Certificate in Intellectual Property. While at St. Thomas Law, Jennifer served on the Moot Court Board and competed in the Emory Civil Rights Moot Court Competition, where she received a Best Brief Award. She was also selected as a scholar for the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Institute (HNBA IPLI), a prestigious program focused on advancing diversity and excellence in the field of intellectual property law. Jennifer received a Pro Bono Commendation Award for completing more than 100 hours of pro bono service. From 2022-2026, Jennifer has served as Alumni Coach for countless moot court competitions, including the Prince Memorial Evidence Competition, San Diego Criminal Procedure Competition, and Emory Civil Rights Competition.
