Michael T. Davis focuses on complex state and federal litigation as a partner with Kuehne Davis Law, P.A. An honors graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Davis began his appellate career successfully competing in moot court competitions. He has the unique distinction of serving as student body president of the University’s College of Law and College of Arts and Sciences. A former law clerk to U.S. District Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington, Davis then joined the Appellate Division of the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, and thereafter practiced in the trial courts. Davis has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, and the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal. He has tried significant federal and state civil and criminal cases to jury verdict.

Davis serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Dade County Bar Association, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Miami Chapter, is an inaugural graduate of The Florida Bar Leadership Academy (Class 1), was named by the Daily Business Review as Most Effective Lawyer in the Appellate category, and is a 40 Under 40 Honoree. Davis serves on the Board of Trustees of Stetson University.
