Nataly Gutierrez Vazquez

Nataly Gutierrez Vazquez is a board-certified attorney in Condominium and Planned Development Law and currently serves as an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University School of Law. She teaches the “Florida Condominium Law” course, focusing on the legal and practical aspects of condominium governance.

As a partner at PeytonBolin PL in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Mrs. Vazquez manages complex condominium and homeowners’ association cases from pre-litigation to trial. She provides comprehensive legal guidance to her clients in the area of Florida association law, ensuring they navigate the intricacies of community association regulations effectively. Her role as a partner also involves collaborating with colleagues on cases and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction.

Mrs. Vazquez also conducts training sessions for board members and managers on legal issues and best practices for community management, emphasizing the importance of legal compliance and proactive governance.

Mrs. Vazquez earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University. Her prior experience includes serving as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases and trained new attorneys.
