No matter if you’re going into your first year at St. Thomas University or heading into your last, making sure you’re prepared for class, and that your dorm is a comfortable home away from home are vital to a successful fall semester start.
First things first, double check your class schedule by logging into MyBobcat, and make sure to get to classes early so you don’t miss out on the good seats! If you need assistance with your class schedule, make sure to give STU’s Student Success Center a call at 305-474-6900.
Are you digital or old school? Either way, make sure to jot done important dates, assignments, and due dates.
At least some loose leaf paper to take notes!
Pens, pencils, highlighters
No matter how old you are, you always need these.
Because you never know when you need to save something on the fly.
Computer/Laptop and Internet Connection
Between typing essays and research papers, you’ll need a good internet connection for Netflix breaks.
There will either be all-nighters or early mornings, or BOTH! If you don’t have a coffee machine at home or in your dorm room, fear not, STU has an Einstein’s Bros Bagels!
