Program Overview
The B.S. in Marine & Environmental Science at St. Thomas University equips students with the core biological, chemical, mathematical and analytical skills needed to solve real-world coastal and environmental challenges. Two tracks, Marine Sciences and Environmental Sciences, blend rigorous classroom study with field and lab investigation, giving graduates the flexibility to move directly into industry, government or non-profit work or to pursue advanced degrees. Small incoming cohorts of roughly 15–30 students will study in state-of-the-art science facilities and at partner sites such as Pelican Harbor Seabird Station, ensuring close mentorship and abundant hands-on experience.
