About the Turkey Bowl

The STU Turkey Bowl is back for a third year. Students, faculty, staff, and alumni take over AutoNation Field for an evening of flag football, food, and live entertainment heading into Thanksgiving break.

Bring a full team of up to nine players, sign up as a team captain and recruit from there, or register as an individual and Tournament Operations will place you on a roster. Not playing? Volunteer and event staff spots are open as well.

Rules and Deadlines

Registration Deadline
Thursday, November 5, 2026
Roster Lock
Thursday, November 5, 2026. Roster changes after this date must be approved by Tournament Operations.
Player Check-In
Thursday, November 12, on site before kickoff. Bring your STU ID.
Maximum Roster
Nine players per team. Team captains are responsible for confirming the final roster.
Team Switching
Players may not switch teams once the tournament begins.
Forfeit Policy
Teams that arrive late or fail to appear for a scheduled game forfeit that game.
