One Week Summer Kids Culinary Camp

Embark on a hands-on culinary adventure this summer at St. Thomas University! Designed for kids and teens aged 10-16, this engaging culinary camp offers the perfect opportunity to learn, create, and taste your way through an unforgettable experience. Held in the state-of-the-art Culinary Lab at Carrol Hall, each session is tailored to inspire budding chefs with new skills and delicious creations.

Embark on a hands-on culinary adventure this summer at St. Thomas University! Designed for kids and teens aged 10-16, this engaging culinary camp offers the perfect opportunity to learn, create, and taste your way through an unforgettable experience. Held in the state-of-the-art Culinary Lab at Carrol Hall, each session is tailored to inspire budding chefs with new skills and delicious creations.

The camp runs weekly from June 9th to August 1st, with no camp during the week of July 4th. Sessions are held Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, providing a full week of fun and interactive culinary education. With a maximum capacity of 15 students per week, participants will enjoy personalized instruction in an intimate and supportive environment.

Program Highlights

Our Culinary Camp is designed for young chefs ready to explore the world of cooking! Throughout the week, students will dive into exciting culinary topics, including:

  • Kitchen & Dining Etiquette: Learn the proper kitchen and dining conduct essentials
  • Table Setting & Service: Gain skills in setting a beautiful table and the basics of food service
  • Health & Nutrition: Understand the fundamentals of healthy eating and wellness
  • Cuisine Themes: Enjoy hands-on learning with themed cuisines each week, including: Italian, Mexican, BBQ, and Baking & Pastry

Each Friday concludes with a certificate presentation celebrating their hard work and new culinary skills!

End-of-Week Celebration

Campers will showcase their culinary creations every Friday at 1:00 p.m. and receive a Certificate of Completion. Family members are welcome to attend!

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more from the start date will receive a 70% refund. Cancelations made within 30 days of the camp start date are ineligible for a refund.
