Future Residents

National research shows that residence hall living helps students better adjust to a university, take greater advantage of its resources, perform better academically, become more involved, and in general, have a more positive and successful university experience.

We provide a safe and supportive environment for making the most of your college experience. Our residence halls are economical and convenient- located adjacent to academic and other buildings on campus. Within our system of 4 residence halls and suite-style housing, we house approximately 460 students.

Let us know how we can help you in any way during your stay with us. The Residential Life Office has professional and para-professional staff members working and living in the residence halls, with the intent of providing leadership, guidance, and assistance for resident students. Each living area is assigned a resident assistant, RA. The Director of Housing is located in the Student Center. The main office number is 305-628-6554.

Again, welcome to St. Thomas University!
