Colleague Migration Status Information

STU Community,

Starting Friday, November 14, at 5:00 p.m. through Sunday, November 23 at 5:00 p.m., STU’s Office of Information Technology will be performing a critical migration of the Colleague Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from the campus data center to a secure cloud environment.
This migration impacts key STU systems that manage student records, classes, faculty assignments, payments, and administrative operations.
Significant service interruptions and data delays are expected throughout the migration window.
Over 30 integrated systems rely on Colleague ERP data. Some of these systems will remain online but will not display real-time updates until the migration is complete.
Please plan accordingly and avoid making critical system changes during this period.
Updates will be shared regularly with the STU Community as the migration progresses.

    Available with enrollment data as of 11/13

  • Colleague (a.k.a. “Datatel” and “Self-service”) Unavailable

    Bursar (Payments): From November 17th through the 21st, the Bursar's Office will be open but with limited services. We will not have the ability to assist students and parents with account inquiries or payment plans. Payments will be taken by all methods in person, and by credit or debit card online at STU.edu/pay. Please keep in mind that payments will not post to your account until the following Monday, Nov 24th. Refunds will be processed the week prior and will resume the week of November 24th.
