Colleague Migration Status Information

STU Community,

From November 14 at 5:00pm to November 23 at 5:00pm, STU’s Office of Information Technology will migrate the Colleague Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from the Campus Data Center to the cloud.

Colleague ERP is used by STU to manage student data, classes, professors, payments, and various administrative functions.

This transition to the cloud will enable more robust and efficient STUdent and STUward experiences. Data collected and stored by Colleague ERP powers over 30 systems which will remain operational during the migration, albeit without real-time data updates.

Some service interruptions may occur during this period. We will continue to update the STU Community during this time.

  • Canvas Partially Available

    Available with enrollment data as of 11/13

  • Colleague (a.k.a. “Datatel” and “Self-service”) Unavailable

    Bursar (Payments): From November 17th through the 21st, the Bursar's Office will be open but with limited services. We will not have the ability to assist students and parents with account inquiries or payment plans. Payments will be taken by all methods in person, and by credit or debit card online at STU.edu/pay. Please keep in mind that payments will not post to your account until the following Monday, Nov 24th. Refunds will be processed the week prior and will resume the week of November 24th.
