English Language Requirements
International applicants should normally have the language requirements necessary to satisfactorily complete a U.S. graduate law program, by demonstrating strong English proficiency. The program may require each applicant to submit an official score (at the time of application) from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing Score (IELTS).
Foreign graduates from Australia, English-speaking Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and the United Kingdom are not required to submit test scores. For all other applicants, relevant professional qualifications or suitable work experience in an English speaking environment will also be considered.
