Application

The next cohort will begin in August 2022. This cohort will consist of leaders from different Christian denominations and cultures who are embracing a call to ministry as priests, religious, deacons, pastors and lay leaders in their first 10 years of service. Applications are due by August 5, 2022. Ministry leaders will be notified of their acceptance as soon as possible. Please note that incomplete applications will not be processed. Personal commitment to the spiritual direction/companionship dimension of the program is required for acceptance into a cohort and will be a major part of the invitation and recruitment effort. It is our belief that how one cares for their inner life, both individually and collectively, deeply affects missional activity, and indeed all activity. Beginning in August of each year, this component is a unique and significant piece of what our approach to Thriving in Ministry offers.
