In 2019 Ruben D. Coll joined St. Thomas University as an Adjunct Online Nursing Faculty for the Nursing programs. After a year of employment, Ruben was promoted to Assistant Director Online Nursing. He holds a Master of Science of Nursing; he is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and holds a Master of Business Administration. He has been in the healthcare field for more than 30 years and in Nursing Academia for about 14 years. He has taught and facilitated different courses for Nursing and have serve as a program Director for a Nursing program for several years in the past, which allowed him to acquire experience in Nursing Administration, Nursing Programs programmatic Accreditation and Institutional Accreditation.
